Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

·       Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

·       Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

·       Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

·       Assist with project coordination and tracking of business initiatives.

·       Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

·       Support the CEO in decision-making through research and data analysis.

·       Coordinate Company operations and administrative functions efficiently.

·       Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality

Minimum Requirements:

·       Grade 12 / Matric

·       Diploma or Degree in
Office Administration
,
Business Management
, or related field (Essential).

·
Proven experience (minimum
3–5 years
) as
an Executive
Personal Assistant

·
Strong Computer Skills
(MS Office,Excel, Power Point, MS Projects)

·       Valid Driver's license

Strong knowledge and experience in:

·       Supply Chain Management

·       Human Resource Management

·       Project Management
(SIB and Capital Projects)

(Formal qualifications in these fields are not essential, but extensive practical experience and understanding are required.)
