Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Account Manager (Zoho CRM Specialist). The Account Manager will oversee CRM management, customer relations, and sales strategies using Zoho CRM. Responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing the CRM platform, analyzing client data, managing client accounts, developing sales strategies, segmenting markets, and ensuring seamless project execution. Collaboration and effective communication with clients and internal teams will be key components of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret client data and optimize CRM performance
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client relations
  • Experience in Sales and Market Segmentation to drive revenue growth and develop targeted strategies
  • Project Management expertise to coordinate and execute tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM or equivalent platforms is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
