You'll be the strategic bridge between business and engineering on Digital Transformation Journey - turning ambiguous needs into crisp requirements, de-risking integrations, and accelerating time-to-market across a complex modernisation programme.

What you'll do

  • Map "as-is" processes, data flows, and dependencies; define the "to-be" architecture and a clear migration roadmap.
  • Lead structured discovery with business & tech stakeholders; turn outcomes into BRDs/FSDs, acceptance criteria, and traceability.
  • Identify integration points, data mapping needs, and interoperability risks early to prevent rework.
  • Support dev & QA through build, SIT, and UAT; tighten feedback loops and shorten test cycles.
  • Keep documentation living and complete (process maps, specs, user/admin guides).
  • Drive continuous process optimisation and pragmatic modularisation opportunities.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years in BA/Solution Analyst roles on complex enterprise applications.
  • Solid SQL for light analysis/validation; strong grasp of data structures and integrations (APIs/ETL concepts).
  • Proven with SDLC and Agile (Jira or Azure DevOps), plus Visio/Miro and Excel.
  • Clear communicator across business and engineering; detail-driven, outcomes-focused.

Nice to have

  • Legacy-to-modern migrations, microservices/SOA exposure, test planning/UAT support experience.
