Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the electrical engineering team, providing mentorship and direction.
  • Formulate electrical engineering strategies aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Design and assess electrical systems for solar and renewable energy ventures.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate across teams to seamlessly integrate electrical systems with project components.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and performance evaluations of electrical systems.
  • Offer technical guidance throughout project implementation and operation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in solar and renewable energy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (BSc. or BEng.) in Electrical Engineering.
  • Registered member of Professional Engineers.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on solar and renewable energy.
  • Profound understanding of electrical systems design, deployment, and operation.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and simulation programs.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing solar and renewable energy projects.
  • Strong leadership and management acumen.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for sustainable energy and a commitment to driving positive change.
