Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, BCom HR, or Industrial Psychology (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
- 6–8 years' senior HR management experience, ideally within retail, FMCG, or multi-outlet industries.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and proven experience in Industrial Relations.
- Demonstrated capability in strategic HR leadership, coaching, change management, and project delivery.
