New Business Developer (Microsoft CSP) – Johannesburg North
Join a high-performance sales team within a well established and successful IT Managed Service Provider and be part of an exciting new chapter in Microsoft Cloud solutions We're looking for a shaker and mover – someone ready to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and help grow a new business area in this well-established company from the ground up. You'll get monthly commission for hitting your targets, so the harder you push, the more you earn.

What you'll do:
  • Hunt, engage, and close new business in Microsoft CSP, Azure, and Copilot.
  • Build a healthy pipeline.
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and technical teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
What you need:
  • Microsoft CSP sales experience is ideal, but strong ICT sales experience works if you have a good grasp of Microsoft offerings and pick up quickly.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent and professional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven, go-getter attitude.
  • Driver's licence, own vehicle, and based in or near Johannesburg North.
