Responsibilities:

Video Production:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos, including promotional, instructional, and event content.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and sound equipment during shoots.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard, script, and create compelling narratives.
  • Manage the full production process, from pre-production (conceptualizing) to post-production (editing and delivery).

Motion Design:

  • Create motion graphics for videos, including intros, transitions, lower thirds, and other animated elements.
  • Design and animate engaging video content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Graphic Design:

  • Support graphic design efforts, including the creation of logos, infographics, digital advertisements, and branding materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual content, both static and animated.

File Management:

  • Organize and archive video and design assets for future use.
  • Manage the delivery of files in various formats optimized for different platforms (social media, website, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), and other motion design tools, experience with 3Ds MAX is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of 
    design principles
    , typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Video editing skills and experience with video production workflows.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually appealing animations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field.
  • Experience working in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
  • Experience with sound design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition).
