Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Divisional Sales Manager based in Johannesburg. The Divisional Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage sales agents teams and certain Key Accounts and develop strategic initiatives to meet revenue goals. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, mentoring team members, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure optimal execution of sales strategies. The individual will also analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth while maintaining organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales leadership, team management, and sales agents relationship building
  • Strong analytical skills for market trend analysis and sales performance monitoring
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities to drive revenue growth
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the retail wholesale and pharmacy industry is a plus
  • 90% of the role is in trade
  • Speed to market brilliant basics is needed and effective reporting with call to action on findings from sales agents v
