Decor Handles, a leading supplier of quality door handles, cupboard handles, hinges, and security locks, is looking for a dedicated
Sales Assistant
to join our Cape Town showroom team.

About the Role

You will work alongside our current sales lady, providing excellent in-store customer assistance and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and is eager to learn the ins and outs of our products and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in customers with product queries and purchases
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day showroom operations
  • Conduct stock counts and assist with accurate stock-taking
  • Learn and adapt to our internal systems and processes
  • Maintain a neat, organized showroom environment

Ideal Candidate:

  • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
  • Willing to learn our systems and product range
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work well in a small team environment
  • Previous retail or sales experience is beneficial but not required
