Construction Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and other project-related correspondence
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and tracking project costs
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Assist in the preparation and execution of project schedules
- Support the project management team in resolving any project-related issues or disputes
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and health and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction administration or a related field
- Knowledge of construction project management processes and procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction regulations and health and safety standards
