Principle Function
Responsible for the management of the Properties. Ensure investment growth and maximum income of the Property through effective property management and asset control. Develops related budgets, oversees leasing contracts, procures services, handles third party service contracts, and directs maintenance procedures. Ensures that services purchased are of acceptable quality at the least possible cost. Keeps senior management well informed of area activities and significant problems. Serve as a Dipula brand ambassador by upholding our core values of teamwork, striving for excellence, integrity, and sustainability.
Requirements/Skills
1. Matric
2. Bachelor's Degree (Property Studies/Business Management)
3. Excellent understanding of property management procedures
4. Knowledge of budgeting, service contracts, and leasing agreements
5. Five or more years of related experience, with at least two or more years of supervisory experience
6. Excellent leadership abilities
7. Able to organize, coordinate, and direct team activities
8. Strong problem-solving skills
9. Good communication skills
10.
Able to make full use of Microsoft Office, MDA programmers and related Apps
