TRACKER requires the services of a Revenue Assurance Administrator in the Finance Department at our Johannesburg Head Office. Job description

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Ensures completeness & accuracy of all revenue streams (multi-system reconciliations, investigations, corrections, root cause analysis and reporting, month end journals and recons).
  • Work closely with BICC, as well as with D&E on defect corrections and system enhancements
  • Comparisons on billing data to ensure completeneness and accuracy of all billings
  • Ensure all errors and discrepancies are corrected
  • Manage daily interface lists, including investigation and correction of errors
  • Logging of requests for technical interventions and enhancements
  • Testing of system changes that are made
  • Ad hoc revenue quality assurance projects and reporting
  • Validation and processing of pricing requests within agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Assisting with maintenance of pricing tables including price increases
  • Accurate and timely preparation and processing of month-end files, journals and reconciliations
  • Work with cross-functional teams in resolving revenue related issues.
Minimum requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting or related field. Degree advantageous
  • Strong Excel proficiency. Power BI advantageous
