About the Role
As the Store Manager, you are the Chief Executive Officer of the boutique. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, cultivating a team of luxury sales professionals, and ensuring that every client interaction upholds the prestige and standards of our brand.
Your leadership will directly impact the store's profitability, operational excellence, and reputation within the local market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance & Business Acumen
P&L Management: Own the boutique's profit and loss statement, achieving ambitious sales targets, managing expenses, and optimizing inventory levels.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize sales opportunities, specifically focusing on Clienteling and developing the Very Important Client (VIC) portfolio.
Reporting: Analyze retail data, identify trends, and provide detailed performance reports to the Regional/Country Manager.
2. Client Experience & Brand Stewardship
Elevated Service: Instill and maintain a culture of five-star client service, ensuring a memorable and highly personalized experience for every visitor.
Local Ambassador: Act as the face of the brand in the local community, networking with high-net-worth individuals and participating in local luxury events to drive brand awareness and client acquisition.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store's visual presentation meets global brand standards, reflecting the quality and aesthetics of our products.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Recruitment & Training: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Specialists.
Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide continuous coaching and constructive feedback.
Motivation: Foster an engaging, collaborative, and results-driven environment that inspires team members to exceed expectations.
What You Bring (Required Experience)
A minimum of 3 years of experience in management within a luxury retail environment (e.g., fine jewelry, high-end fashion, watches, prestige automotive, or similar).
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding high-level sales and operational KPIs.
Demonstrable experience in Clienteling and building long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients (VICs).
Strong financial acumen, including experience with budget management and P&L responsibility.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English.
A sophisticated, professional demeanor and a natural passion for luxury products and service.
