Africa Cosmos Empowerment is looking to appoint suitable and qualified freelancer facilitators nationally, with strong knowledge in systems and financial backgrounds to support the implementation and roll out of a national training project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate must be able to facilitate end to end training interventions
This includes the following:
· Plan and prepare for a training intervention
· Deliver the training intervention either Virtually, Online or Face to Face
· Assess the learners against the outcomes
· Report and provide accurate feedback to learners and management.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Minimum Requirements: 1 year facilitation work experience
BASIC SALARY
· Marketed related
