Based in either JOHANNESBURG OR CAPE TOWN, this role offers between R650K and R720K p/annum.

Africa's largest insurance group with operations across various developed markets and a presence in 31 countries.

The Role:

As the Group Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of the Group compliance monitoring program across the organization, business units, and clusters. Your primary focus will be on ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, and market conduct standards. You will ensure that compliance monitoring plans are in place and effectively address key compliance risks within the Group's diverse operations.

Your responsibilities:

Compliance Monitoring & Assurance,

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Governance,

Operational Support & Stakeholder Engagement,

Continuous Improvement & Reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

A degree in Law, Accounting, or Audit.

At least 2-3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, compliance monitoring/assurance, and policy implementation.

Solid understanding of the financial sector environment and related compliance procedures.

Experience in Insurance, Asset Management, or Investments.

In-depth knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements related to compliance.

Experience across wider business unites or Group.
