Senior IT solutions manager

As the Senior IT solutions Manager at Huawei, you will lead the development and management of services projects within the representative office, ensuring the achievement of annual order and profit targets. You will play a critical role in cultivating customer relationships, analyzing competitor data, and driving the success of Huawei's enterprise product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Development and Performance:
- Lead the development and execution of services projects within the representative office, focusing on achieving annual order and profit targets.
- Drive project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with middle-level and junior-level customers, understanding their needs and positioning Huawei as a strategic partner.
- Collect and analyze competitor information to identify market trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
Wireless Network Insight and Strategy:
- Understand the products and solutions of major ICT vendors, such as network, storage, and servers.
- Certification of mainstream vendors, such as Huawei, Cisco, VMware, and Dell/EMC, is preferred.
Solution Formulation and Bidding:
- Lead the formulation of comprehensive solutions, network designs, and bidding project developments for enterprise products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and Huawei's strategic objectives.
Brand Building and Promotion:
- Organize summits, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase Huawei's wireless capabilities and strengthen the company's brand presence.
- Develop marketing strategies and collateral to promote Huawei's wireless products and solutions effectively.
Competencies:
- Have
pre-sales
solution communication, design, and customer presentation capabilities. - 4 Experience in successful sales projects is preferred.
- Customer Focus: Skilled in developing and nurturing customer relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing market data, competitor information, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Requirement:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree advantageous).
- Minimum
7 years
of experience in ICT products and hardware. - Proven track record in project management, achieving targets, and driving business growth.
- Understand the products and solutions of major ICT vendors, such as nstorage, and servers and be able to communicate with CXOs.
- Certification of mainstream vendors, such as Huawei, Cisco, and Dell/EMC, HP, VMware, is preferred.
- Have
pre-sales
solution communication, design, and customer presentation capabilities. - Experience in successful sales projects is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional local languages is advantageous.
