About the Role

We are looking for a smart, driven Sales Associate to join our team. This role focuses on calling warm leads, running property comps, and following up with past leads through our CRM system. If you're detail-oriented, confident on the phone, and eager to grow in a sales career, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Call and engage with warm leads provided through our system.Run comparative analyses (comps) on single-family properties to assess value.Follow up with old leads stored in our CRM, re-engaging them and moving them through the sales pipeline.Accurately update all notes, lead status, and activities in the CRM system.Provide excellent customer service while uncovering client needs and matching them to opportunities.Collaborate with the team to refine scripts, lead management strategies, and conversion approaches.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, telesales, or lead follow-up roles.Ability to analyse property values and run comps is an advantage.Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging confidently with potential clients.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads at once.Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems.Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.A quick learner who can pick up processes and market knowledge fast.
Job Type: Part-time (25 hours/week)
