You'll play a key role in transforming data into insights, leveraging tools like Power BI, Azure Synapse, and Databricks, while contributing to strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business data to provide actionable insights
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
- Work with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Data Factory
- Develop and optimize data models for reporting and analytics
- Create paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder
- Implement and manage Data Lake/Delta Lake solutions
- Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders
- Utilize DevOps for version control and deployment of BI solutions
- Perform predictive analytics using Python
- Process and analyze large datasets with Databricks
- (Preferred) Apply Azure Machine Learning for advanced analytics
Education:
- Degree, diploma, or certification in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years in data analysis, BI development, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI tools and data platforms
- Strong experience with Microsoft Cloud BI Platform
- Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Power BI Report Builder
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics
- Familiarity with Data Lake / Delta Lake architecture
- DevOps practices for BI solutions
- Python for predictive analytics
- Databricks for big data processing
