The position of Sectional Title Portfolio Manager is now open, with the primary focus of managing all aspects of the portfolio and ensuring accurate, consistent, and prompt financial and administrative management that adheres to world-class service standards and the management agreement.

The main objectives for this role include:

Providing world-class service consistently

Utilizing systems effectively

Gaining a detailed understanding and application of the Sectional Titles Act, the Companies Act and South African Property Law

Managing finances and administration efficiently, including creating accurate budgets, financial statements, trial balances, managing Unibase accounts, and handling debtors and creditors promptly

Participating in and actively contributing to the Sectional Title Division's overall strategy and objectives

We require the successful candidate to have at least 2-3 years' experience as a Portfolio Manager within HOA or Sectional title and working for a managing agent.

Working knowledge of the sectional title and governing laws*

Must be based in Johannesburg

Own reliable transport

Relevant tertiary qualifications will be beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R25 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
