Order Coordinator – Telecoms | Cape Town (UK Hours)

This is
not a call centre or standard customer service role
— we're looking for candidates who have
hands-on telecoms provisioning or delivery coordination experience
, managing orders end-to-end and working with suppliers, engineers, and delivery teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manage customer orders from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate broadband, fibre, and fixed-line installations via carrier/supplier portals.
  • Liaise with suppliers, engineers, procurement, and internal delivery teams.
  • Maintain WIP (work in progress) reports, track delivery milestones, and manage documentation.
  • Communicate updates clearly to internal and external stakeholders via email and phone.

What You Must Have


Minimum 1 year experience in a telecoms or ISP environment
(provisioning, delivery coordination, or service order management).

Proven track record managing
end-to-end service orders
(not just tickets or customer calls).

Strong
administrative and coordination
skills with excellent attention to detail.

Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally between technical and operational teams.

Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
.

Used to working in
structured, SLA-driven environments
with multiple priorities.

Cape Town (office-based)


Hours:
Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 (UK time)


Type:
Full-time, permanent
