What You'll Do:
- Be the Expert Clients Trust: Act as a trusted advisor in fraud prevention and cybersecurity, proactively guiding clients through best practices and ensuring they're maximizing our solutions to stay ahead of emerging threats.
- Remote Client Engagement: Regularly check in with clients across the globe, offering tailored advice and real-time insights to help them fully leverage our services, all while working remotely from Cape Town.
- Custom Onboarding: Lead customized virtual onboarding sessions, helping clients not just learn, but optimize their security processes using our powerful tools.
- Deliver Real Value: Continuously assess client needs, ensuring they get the most out of our solutions and stay one step ahead of fraudsters and cybercriminals.
- Upsell with Purpose: Spot opportunities to introduce additional services and features that will enhance each client's security strategy, and offer solutions that align with their goals.
- Smooth Contract Renewals: Manage client renewals proactively, ensuring a seamless process while positioning clients to expand and upgrade their services.
- Provide Top-Tier Support: Be the go-to person when clients face technical challenges, offering remote troubleshooting and high-level product support that keeps them confident in their security measures.
- Feedback for Innovation: Gather and relay valuable client insights that help shape our product development, ensuring we're always at the cutting edge of fraud prevention technology.
What You Bring:
- Industry Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role, with a specific focus on fraud prevention or cybersecurity solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity tools and fraud detection technologies, with the ability to explain these concepts clearly to business clients.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Anticipate client needs before they arise and address potential challenges, ensuring clients always feel supported and secure.
- Relationship Builder: You're skilled at developing trust and building strong, ongoing partnerships with clients—making you an indispensable resource.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: You know how to identify client needs and offer additional services that will drive their success, while also benefiting the business.
