Dealer Training Specialist

Responsibilities

1.Responsible for training support for product and vehicle sales.

2.Responsible for technical highlights and service training for automotive and other products in South Africa.

details:

1)Develop training courseware content, product training lectures and external explanations, to enhance the dealer's understanding and knowledge of the product.

2)Excavate the selling points of product models, form external words, accurately convey the characteristics and advantages of the product, enhance the effect of sales and marketing.

3)Organise dealer training work to ensure the smooth progress of product training.

4)Responsible for other related work to ensure efficient completion of tasks.

Requirements

1.Education:Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Marketing, Education, or related fields.

2.Work experience:1-3 years of relevant training experience, preferably in the automotive industry or South African market.

  1. Skills:

1)Proficient in designing and developing training programs.

2)In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes, after-sales service systems, and technical specifications.

3)Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct on-site demonstrations, case studies, and technical explanations.

  1. Languages:Fluency in English (written and spoken).

5.Other Requirements:

1)Proficient in office software and training tools

2)Strong cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability to work in a South African environment.

3)Willingness to work on-site in South Africa.
