Description

Retail Store Monitoring & Reporting

  • Review all daily digital media submissions (e.g., videos) to verify promoter attendance and compliance.
  • Ensure all digital media is received and recorded before 09h00 daily for compliance checks.
  • Conduct deep-dive retail store performance analysis and escalate exceptions to Channel Heads or relevant individuals.

Operational Compliance & Insights

  • Use Retail Operations Centre checklists to monitor and report on:
    • Attendance compliance
    • Marketing execution
    • Deal compliance
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and provide recommendations.

 Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Assist in the training of new agents when required.
  • Support promoter upskilling by identifying knowledge gaps.


Requirements
  • The ability to effectively train Promoters
  • Energised & excited with the ability to create energy & excitement within Promotors.
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
  • Self-driven.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to discern the material from the immaterial with respect to what is uncovered in findings.
  • Accustomed to tight deadlines and able to multi-task.
  • High degree of integrity.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid attention to detail.
  • Accurate reporting skills.
  • A good understanding of the Retail Channel business processes, reporting and dashboards. .
  • Good understanding of Microsoft suite.
  • A particulary good understanding of Excel.

 Education and Experience:

  • Matric 
  • At least one-year direct selling experience
  • Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders.
