We are seeking a skilled and experienced site foreman to oversee day-to-day site operations, manage construction teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors on-site.
- Ensure adherence to project plans specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor progress and quality of work performed .
- Maintain site records, daily reports, and attendance registers.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Order and control materials and equipment required for the site.
- Conduct toolbox talks.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports.
- Liaise with management, contractors, and clients on safety matters.
Requirements:
- Samtrac/ Nebosh/ Equivalent Health abd safety qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construvtion or civil projects.
- Strong knowledge of OHS Act and Construction Regulations.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
