We Are Revolution is hiring
four Digital Sourcers
to join our Cape Town office.

You'll be at the heart of our recruitment engine — identifying, engaging, and marketing top talent and opportunities online.


What You'll Do

  • Source candidates
    across LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal database.
  • Write adverts
    that stand out — creative, smart, and built to convert.
  • Market candidates to clients
    – crafting compelling profiles and messages that open doors.
  • Market clients to candidates
    – writing persuasive job messages that sell opportunities.
  • Build shortlists
    of the best people in the market, organized and ready for recruiter follow-up.
  • Use tech tools
    daily — LinkedIn, CRM, automations, spreadsheets — to work smarter and faster.


Who You Are

  • A
    former recruiter or resourcer
    who loves the craft but not the sales calls,
    or
  • A
    marketing / research / admin professional
    with outstanding written English and digital communication skills.
  • Obsessed with quality, detail, and hitting clear daily targets.
  • Self-motivated, intelligent, and comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Tech-savvy and organized — you love systems, data, and structure.


What Success Looks Like

  • You send 100+ high-quality outreach messages daily.
  • You write adverts people actually respond to.
  • Your shortlists impress recruiters.
  • You help fill jobs faster — because your digital sourcing drives results.
