Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site SHERQ Compliance position located in Bloemfontein. The SHERQ Compliance professional will ensure adherence to safety, health, environment, risk, and quality management regulations and standards. The role involves monitoring regulatory compliance, conducting internal audits, analyzing data for risk assessment, and developing strategies to address compliance gaps. Effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders is a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
• Proficiency in Legal Compliance with strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of SHERQ principles and standards is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, Law, or a related field
• Certifications in compliance or risk management are a plus
