Role Overview
The
Furniture Service Specialist
will lead efforts to elevate the customer experience from initial contact to long-term satisfaction. This role involves delivering professional consultations, overseeing service requests, and nurturing strong relationships with diverse clients, from retail shoppers and designers to architects and hospitality partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation & Relationship Building
- Engage with retail clients, designers, decorators, architects, developers, and hospitality professionals to understand their needs and deliver personalised service.
- Serve as the key point of contact for enquiries related to repairs, maintenance, and product care.
- Service Coordination & Quality Assurance
- Oversee all stages of the Customer Delight process, from booking repairs to delivering maintenance and servicing.
- Ensure accurate diagnostics, smooth scheduling, and premium-quality repair execution using Mobelli's original parts. Mobelli
- Maintain thorough records and follow-ups to guarantee satisfaction and product longevity.
- Operational Excellence
- Improve and streamline internal processes for service delivery, ensuring reliability and speed.
- Act as an ambassador of Mobelli's high-quality standards and professionalism.
- Client Education & Trust Building
- Educate customers on care and maintenance best practices to help them maximize the lifespan of their Mobelli products.
- Proactively suggest preventive servicing and extended maintenance plans.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in luxury retail, home décor, furniture, or related design sectors.
- Technical experience with furniture repairs and maintenance.
- Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that are able to build rapport and trust.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and client interactions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities; attentive to details and proactive in finding solutions.
