Role Description

The E-Commerce Operations Manager will oversee daily online store operations, manage order fulfilment and inventory, and ensure timely customer service. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, monitor e-commerce analytics, and implement strategies to maximize conversions and sales. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the City of Johannesburg.

Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce platforms, online store management, and inventory systems
  • Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking to drive e-commerce growth
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Customer service and communication skills to manage customer interactions effectively
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising is an advantage
  • Experience in fashion retail or related industries is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
