We are seeking a highly capable and experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Lead to support our ECC6 to S/4HANA migration project.This role will be instrumental in engaging with the client to understand, analyze, and document the existing ("As -Is") production planning and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate must be confident in leading workshops, managing client expectations, and gathering the necessary process insights to enable accurate "To -Be" design mapping in line with the S/4HANA template.Strong communication, deep SAP PP expertise, and the ability to navigate complex client environments are critical for success. •10+ years of hands -on SAP PP experience, including implementation and configuration. •At least one full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation or ECC6 to S/4HANA conversion experience. •Strong understanding of core production processes •Ability to lead workshops and client discussions independently. •Proven experience in documenting business processes and gathering detailed functional requirements. • •Deep functional expertise in SAP PP including MRP, BOMs, routings, production orders, capacity planning, and shop floor control. •Familiarity with S/4HANA innovations such as PP/DS, MRP Live, and embedded analytics is an advantage. •Experience in running structured "As -Is" discovery sessions and mapping business process flows. •Ability to handle challenging conversations with clients and steer discussions toward actionable outcomes. •Strong documentation and analytical skills for converting business inputs into structured outputs. •Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement abilities. •Proactive, results -driven, and capable of working independently in a high -pressure project environment. •Celonis skills highly advantageous Requirements •SAP PP Certification is preferred. •S/4HANA Production Planning or Manufacturing certification is highly advantageous. •Additional project methodology certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus. •Must be able to independently run client workshops and facilitate discussions on production planning processes. •Must have hands -on experience with SAP PP in ECC6 and a strong understanding of transition implications to S/4HANA. •Must be capable of gathering detailed process information and documenting comprehensive "As -Is" process flows. •Must be client -facing, confident, and able to manage demanding stakeholders effectively. •Must be available to join within a short notice period (30 Days) • •
