As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing repair-related communications, ensuring seamless coordination between tenants, maintenance supervisors, and the property manager. Your responsibilities will include promptly answering calls and emails from tenants regarding repair issues, providing excellent customer service, and scheduling repairs in collaboration with the maintenance supervisor. Additionally, you will be responsible for diligently keeping track of the Work Order (WO) system, maintaining accurate records, and assisting the team in various administrative tasks.
