Position: Senior Scheduler - Property Maintenance
Location:Office based East London
Type: FT and Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

About Us:
Our client, a luxury private property and repairs maintenance company, is seeking an experienced senior scheduler to support their team and tenants in resolving maintenance issues efficiently.

Role Overview:
Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for residential and commercial properties, ensuring high standards and timely repairs. Work with high net-worth property clients, delivering high class service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate routine and emergency maintenance.

Ensure maintenance services stay within budget and maintain quality.

Liaise with contractors and maintenance staff.

Respond to clients maintenance requests and concerns.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Evaluate and manage contractors.

Prepare reports on maintenance activities and expenses.

Qualifications:

High school diploma; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in property maintenance or related fields.

Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Proficient in property maintenance software and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.

Ability to hit the ground running.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.

Professional demeanour with a positive attitude.

Working knowledge of job logic would be an advantage although not essential.

Working Conditions:

Primarily office-based with very occasional site visits.

May require evening or weekend work for emergencies.
