Step into a hands-on finance role IFRS, budgets and SAP (based in Somerset West).

Join a leading manufacturing environment as a Financial Accountant. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, and SAP processes, contributing directly to operational and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance – Prepare accurate financial statements in line with IFRS.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting – Assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • SAP S/4HANA Management – Maintain and reconcile financial data within SAP.
  • Collaboration & Support – Work with operations, management, and other stakeholders to ensure financial control and insights.
  • Continuous Improvement – Identify process efficiencies and support implementation of financial controls. 

Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Education:
    • BCom Accounting / Finance
    • Articles completed; CIMA Strategic Level preferred
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years in financial accounting
    • Manufacturing experience advantageous
  • Skills / Technical Competencies:
    • IFRS knowledge
    • Budgeting and variance analysis
    • SAP S/4HANA experience
    • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Other Non-Negotiables:
    • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
