Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Universal Banker located in the City of Johannesburg. The Universal Banker will engage with clients to provide excellent customer service, process cash-related transactions such as deposits and withdrawals, and assist with loan-related inquiries. Additional responsibilities include promoting banking solutions to meet customer needs and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in handling Deposits, Loans, and Cash Handling processes
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and adhere to banking policies
  • Financial or banking experience is an advantage
  • Formal qualifications in banking, finance, or related fields are beneficial
