Recruiter for Nurses (RNs, NPs, CNAs, LPN to CRNAs)

Remote: (Must reside in South Africa) 

Medical & Healthcare experience is a must 

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiters to join our team. This remote role involves working in shifts (day, evening, night, or 12-hour shifts) to ensure timely review and processing of resumes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate resumes for healthcare positions.
  • Enter candidate information into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Bluesky.
  • Send out applications to qualified candidates.
  • Assign and manage skills checklists for candidates.
  • Reach out to candidates promptly for further steps in the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Must have a reliable laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection.
  • Work stability with the same employer is crucial.
  • 4 + years experience
  • Willingness to work night and day shifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with ATS systems, preferably Bluesky, is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours:

Flexible shifts: day/evening/night or 12-hour shifts to ensure continuous resume review and candidate outreach.
