We're Hiring: Freelance Facial & Skincare Therapist (Contract-Based)

Wisani Spa, your sanctuary of Revival, Renewal, and Healing, is seeking a talented Facial & Skincare Therapist to join our growing wellness team on a freelance/contract basis.

About the Role

As a Freelance Facial & Skincare Therapist, you will deliver professional, client-focused facial and skincare treatments that heal, rejuvenate, and transform our clients' skin. You will be an integral part of our wellness mission, working alongside our team to create unforgettable spa experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a comprehensive range of facial treatments including hydrating facials, deep-cleansing, anti-aging treatments, acne treatments, peels, and masks

  • Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations to recommend personalized treatment plans

  • Advise clients on optimal skincare routines and Wisani Spa product recommendations

  • Uphold strict hygiene standards and maintain a calming, therapeutic treatment environment

  • Support spa events, group bookings, and corporate wellness packages when required

Requirements

  • Certified Facial/Skin Therapist with recognized qualification in skincare or aesthetics

  • 1–2 years of professional experience (spa or salon experience advantageous)

  • Comprehensive knowledge of skin types, conditions, and corrective treatments

  • Passionate about holistic wellness and healing through skincare

  • Excellent communication and client service skills

  • Flexible, professional, and able to work on-demand or freelance bookings

  • Own transport (advantageous)
