Performance Objectives for Year One

  • Lead a Key Integration Project: Within the first 9 months, successfully design, develop, and deploy a critical integration between ServiceNow and a core business system (e.g., ERP, iPaaS), demonstrably improving data flow and reducing manual processes.
  • Deliver a Business-Critical Automation: Within 6 months, collaborate with stakeholders to identify a key inefficient process, and then architect and launch an automated solution using ServiceNow Flow Designer or custom scripting, resulting in a measurable reduction in process cycle time.
  • Enhance the Customer Service Module (CSM): By the end of the first year, develop and roll out two significant enhancements to the CSM application, such as implementing skills-based routing or a new chat functionality, to improve the external customer support experience.
  • Champion Platform Best Practices: Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to a newly qualified team, establishing and documenting development standards and best practices that elevate the team's overall capability and ensure the long-term health of the platform.
