As the facilitator for this QCTO-accredited programme, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training to cohorts of 30-50 unemployed youth learners. Your expertise will transform their career prospects by equipping them with nationally recognized occupational competencies.

You'll design and deliver engaging facilitation sessions, create Portfolio of Evidence (POE) templates, conduct formative and summative assessments, and ensure compliance with QCTO quality standards. Your work directly contributes to South Africa's skills development goals and changes lives.
