Marketing & Communications Specialist
to lead all marketing and communications initiatives for their Primary School.

The
Marketing & Communications Specialist
will play a pivotal role in shaping how our school connects with its community — through engaging storytelling, digital content, and consistent brand presence. From managing weekly newsletters and social media updates to executing the school's marketing plan, this role requires a self-starter with strong communication skills and a proven ability to deliver impactful results with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, and digital communication, with the ability to translate the everyday moments of school life into inspiring stories that strengthen our school's identity and community engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Write and distribute the weekly school newsletter, highlighting achievements, events, and community updates.
  • Manage and post weekly social media content that reflects the school's culture and values.
  • Develop and implement the school's marketing and communication plan to strengthen visibility and engagement.
  • Create high-quality digital and print marketing materials to support events and initiatives.
  • Maintain the school website and ensure content is accurate, timely, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and leadership to capture stories and celebrate school life.
  • Monitor engagement analytics and continuously look for ways to improve communication impact.

What You'll Bring

  • Completed Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an education, community, or brand communication setting.
  • Strong writing, editing, and digital storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset.
