quality-oriented Service Manager
to oversee a high-performing team of consultants and ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Lead

  • Day-to-day operations, planning, and performance management
  • Effective communication between Management, your team, and cross-functional departments
  • Service levels, turnaround times, quality standards, and operational targets
  • Coaching, training, and developing team members for success
  • Identifying operational challenges and implementing innovative solutions
  • Driving process improvements based on customer insights and data trends
  • Monitoring internal audits and supporting improvement actions
  • Ensuring effective staff planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Overseeing telephony and operational systems to ensure seamless service delivery

What You Bring

  • Registered Nursing Qualification (essential)
  • Grade 12
  • Additional qualification in Intensive Care Nursing and/or Operating Theatre Technique
  • Management and/or Coaching training
  • Proven leadership, people management, and team development skills
  • Strong operational awareness and a passion for service excellence
