*About the Role:*

As
Senior Product Manager - Acquisition & Activation
, you'll take full ownership of the earliest stages of our customer journey — from first visit to registration, and through to the first "
Aha
" moment when a player experiences real value.

Your mission:
turn traffic into loyal customers by designing frictionless, trustworthy, and rewarding first experiences.This is a growth-oriented product role —
analytical, experimental, and highly cross-functional
. You'll lead a squad (Product + Design + Engineering) focused on improving activation rates, shortening time-to-value, and building onboarding journeys that convert.

You're not here to manage tickets. You're here to
shape the strategy, lead discovery and delivery, and take radical ownership of outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy for acquisition and activation.
  • Map the player journey from first touchpoint to first conversion, identifying friction, drop-off, and opportunities to increase engagement.
  • Define and deliver key KPIs: registration conversion, KYC completion, time-to-first-bet, and retention at day 7
  • Lead discovery cycles to uncover player motivations, test hypotheses, and validate new ideas.
  • Drive a high-tempo experimentation culture (A/B tests, feature flags, funnel optimization).
  • Collaborate with Design, Data, and Engineering to deliver elegant and measurable solutions.
  • Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Compliance to ensure user journeys are compliant, localised, and optimised for performance.
  • Continuously track results and share insights, driving accountability and transparency across teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
    in Product Management within B2C digital products.

  • Proven experience improving
    activation, onboarding, or conversion funnels
    .

  • Strong analytical mindset: you use
    product metrics
    , not vanity metrics, to define success. Funnels, cohorts, and conversion metrics are second nature; you can extract insights and drive decisions autonomously.
  • Deep
    understanding of user-centric design
    and conversion optimisation.
  • Solid understanding of
    experimentation frameworks
    (hypothesis, test, iterate, scale).
  • Ability to
    influence and align stakeholders
    across teams and at multiple levels of seniority.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as
    Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or SQL
    .
  • Background in
    authentication, identity, and secure access flows
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and storytelling skills
    to bring clarity and alignment.
  • Bonus:
    technical background
    or experience in
    regulated industries (fintech, gaming, betting)
    .
