Analyse business processes and investment workflows within retirement funds to ensure compliance with Regulation 28.

Gather, document, and communicate functional and regulatory requirements to stakeholders and technical teams.

Support the design, implementation, and testing of system changes related to compliance, reporting, and investment management.

Conduct data analysis and produce reports to monitor adherence to Regulation 28 limits and other governance standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to recommend process improvements and efficiencies.

Act as a bridge between business, compliance, and technology teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory and operational requirements.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably within retirement funds, pension funds, or asset management.

Strong knowledge of Regulation 28 and its implications on investment strategy and compliance.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.

Experience with financial systems, CRM, or investment management platforms is an advantage.
