We are looking for a talented Sales Operations Regional Leader to join our team specializing in Sales for our Distribution Business Unit in Johannesburg, South Africa.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Empowering Data-Driven Decisions: You'll enable regional sales teams to make smarter, faster decisions by implementing global Sales Operations tools and processes that turn raw data into actionable insights.
  • Championing Global Strategy at the Regional Level: By deploying and maintaining global Sales Operations strategies locally, you'll ensure alignment while tailoring approaches to meet regional nuances and needs.
  • Being the Go-To Sales Ops Partner: You'll serve as the primary liaison between global Sales Ops and regional sales teams—translating strategy into execution and ensuring tools are adopted effectively.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement Through Feedback Loops: Your communication of region-specific needs will help shape future tools, training, and processes—making global solutions more relevant and effective.
  • Enhancing Data Accuracy and Consistency: Partnering with sales leaders, you'll improve how performance data is captured and used, boosting trust in the numbers and enabling better performance management.
  • Delivering Strategic Insights: Your analyses and performance reports will guide sales leaders in identifying opportunities, addressing challenges, and celebrating wins—driving overall growth.
  • Leading Change and Special Projects: You'll structure and lead initiatives that solve complex business problems, from concept to implementation, ensuring measurable improvements in decision-making.
  • Building and Developing High-Performing Teams: Through mentorship and leadership, you'll cultivate a strong, capable team that supports operational excellence and drives regional success.
