Headwear 24 is looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Driver to join our team at the Durban warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting raw materials, finished goods, and stock between our factories, as well as collecting materials from suppliers. As this role supports warehouse operations, warehouse experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely collection and delivery of raw materials, stock, and finished goods between factories.
  • Deliver and collect materials from suppliers as required.
  • Ensure the delivery vehicle leaves the warehouse on time each day according to the route schedule.
  • Load and offload goods in an organised and safe manner, following the daily delivery plan.
  • Check and verify all items during loading, offloading, and returns.
  • Ensure correct stock is delivered to the relevant factory or location.
  • Handle all materials carefully to minimise damage.
  • Report any discrepancies, shortages, or damages to the Warehouse Manager immediately.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, pulling, and preparing stock for dispatch when required.
  • Maintain the delivery vehicle in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
  • Report any mechanical issues, damage, or concerns about the vehicle without delay.
  • Uphold Headwear 24's values through professional conduct, teamwork, and reliability.

Requirements

  • Valid Code 10 licence with PDP.
  • Proven experience as a delivery or company driver.
  • Warehouse experience (advantageous).
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
