About the Role

As a Client Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact between internal agency team members and agency clients.

• Be client-facing to speak to timing, deliverables, and metrics -- managing internal resources and ensuring projects stay on track with the timeline to meet the deadline.
• You will be nurturing client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor, and ensuring the communication and campaign delivery is flawlessCoordinate and develop tasks, priorities, deliverables, and timelines with team stakeholders (internal and client) on a daily basis
• Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews
• Taking ownership of your account performance, you'll be forward-thinking in your approach.

Client Meetings and Communication:

• Manage a book of 25-30 clients.
• Ensure proactive and clear communication with clients and the team.
• Pre-schedule and conduct website design meetings.
• Follow up with clients for payments and unscheduled meetings.
• Send meeting recaps and follow-ups.

Client Retention:

• Maintain a 98% client retention rate YOY.
• Gather feedback and suggest improvements to processes.
• Meet with clients monthly to review progress, plan, & continuously build the agency-client relationship

Reporting and Analysis:

• Run and review monthly reports (SEO, PPC, ROI).
• Present data-driven insights (SEO vs. PPC, cost per lead).
• Send key report highlights to clients.

Project Management:

• Manage client tasks and projects in ClickUp.
• Assign and track new tasks after client meetings.

Collaboration:

• Discuss client strategy with the SEO Director on a bi-weekly basis.
• Attend weekly CEO/Operations meetings and bi-weekly team meetings
• Send deliverables for client feedback and coordinate with the team.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

• Welcome new clients and schedule kickoff calls.
• Ensure proper setup of campaigns and strategies.
• Offboard clients, including surveys and communication.
• Guide clients to grant access to required tools (Google Analytics, GSC, etc.).

The ideal candidate has:

• 3 years of digital marketing experience (ideally in a client-facing role at a marketing agency)
• Confidence to work independently and efficiently over Zoom meetings with clients to discuss marketing reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time well, working on multiple projects/executions while maintaining the highest standard of quality
• Take on a cool, calm, and collected approach to problem-solving
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing
• Ability to work during MST hours
• Process driven experience making playbooks/ Standard operating procedures
• Ability to lead a team

• Experience in digital marketing or tech
