Seeking a Pass Controller to manage the flow of orders between the kitchen and dining area, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes.

This role involves coordinating communication between chefs and wait staff, monitoring plating standards, and maintaining quality control.

The Pass Controller will be responsible for managing order tickets, addressing any discrepancies, and ensuring that all meals are prepared to specifications.
