Agricultural Division: Ross Poultry Breeders KZN
The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For

• Maintenance and upkeep of 2 Rearing houses,1 Day old to Death and 4 Laying houses
• Adhere to 20 keys standards
• Adhere to Biosecurity procedures
• Adhere to Animal Welfare standards
• Adhere to company Health and Safety
• Keeping essential stock control of workshops/spares and tools

The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements

• Minimum of a grade 12 education.
• Five years or more practical knowledge of building triple track feeders, male feeder pans cross auger assembly units.
• Welding and metal work
• He must have the basic experience of how to change single and three fans as well as light globe fittings which need replacement
• He must also know how to change mechanical gearbox, drive gears, power shoes and pulleys
• He must have basic knowledge of building skills, painting skills, general plumbing skills
• Carpenter work (door frames, door handles, varnish of wooden doors)
• Passionate, self-motivated and performance driven.
• A team player with the strong people skills and the ability to work with teams.
• Be able to work under pressure.

Remuneration will be market related, inclusive of performance bonuses and commensurate with a position of this nature.
