ABOUT ZONELY

Zonely is a small Cape Town startup. We create Property Check Reports that explain, in plain English, what can't be done on a property before a buyer commits. We work with estate agencies to help them build trust and avoid surprises.

THE ROLE

Visit estate agencies, demo our Property Check Report, and help them offer it to clients. You'll work directly with the founder. We'll provide a concise pitch deck and example reports.

Outcomes-driven role with real earning upside.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Visit & present to estate agencies


• Show example reports & explain value


• Track weekly activity & results


• Maintain relationships for repeat orders


• Share market feedback to improve offer


• Uphold a friendly, professional brand

REQUIREMENTS


•
Matric (sales / property helpful)


• Valid driver's licence & own car


• Based in Cape Town


• Confident, well-spoken, reliable


• Self-motivated & proactive


• Comfortable working toward monthly targets

COMPENSATION (HYBRID)

Base:
R6 000 / month - retained if activity targets are met (10 agency visits/week or 20 reports/month).

Commission:
15% per report (up to 20% for strong performers).

Bonuses:
R1 000 for every 50 reports sold per month; R5 000 once-off bonus when an agency reaches 100 cumulative reports.

Recurring:
Earn on your signed agency's orders for up to 6 months (with potential trailing 5% if maintained).

EARNING POTENTIAL

Starter (±25 reports): ±R8 000 / month

Average (±50 reports): ±R10 000 – R11 000 / month

Strong (±100 reports): ±R13 000 – R16 000 / month

High Performer (150+): R / month
