Vacancy: Platform Project Coordinator

Location: Cape Town

Office-based | Full-time | Projects & Technology

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Platform Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across technology, client experience, and internal operations - ultimately ensuring the smooth rollout and ongoing success of our new online service application platform.

You will play a key part in coordinating the development and enhancement of the platform, managing client feedback, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate platform development updates and improvements
  • Review workflow progress and gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with the development team to ensure issues and requirements are communicated clearly
  • Support marketing initiatives through idea contribution, reviewing campaigns/data, and ensuring brand alignment
  • Provide regular progress reports and insights to management
  • Assist in quality-assurance checks and ensuring platform best practice

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Project Management, Business, Communications, or related field advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in project coordination or client-facing roles beneficial
  • Prior involvement with digital platforms or tech environments will be an added advantage
  • Experience in managing a team will be beneficial
