We are recruiting an Executive Assistant & Client Success Manager hybrid role.
You'll be the right hand of the founder, and help with a range of admin, assistant and operational tasks.
This is an intensive, client-facing role. We offer $ / month based on experience.
Best fit for candidates in South-Africa, Latin America, or Eastern-Europe.
You'll be the glue that connects founder, team, and clients, and keeps everything running smoothly.
The business is a fully-remote, fast-growing UGC marketing agency.
Our team-members move fast, take initiative and are compensate well.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Managing Client Projects – Making sure deliverables are completed on time, deadlines are met, and clients are happy.
Creator & Talent Sourcing – Finding and recruiting the right UGC creators, podcast guests, and video editors. If a creator falls through, you quickly find a replacement instead of waiting days for a response.
Team & Project Management – Ensuring tasks are completed, following up with team members, and keeping everything organized.
Client Communication & Support – Responding to clients professionally and in real-time (no delayed replies or robotic messages).
Proactive Problem-Solving – If something isn't working, you fix it. You take ownership and figure out solutions without waiting for direction.
Admin Tasks – Managing invoices, tracking expenses, and making sure operations run smoothly.
What I'm Looking For:
Camera Presence – You come across like a true professional in online meetings. You have a good camera, and are comfortable with video meetings.
Extreme Proactiveness – You don't wait for me to tell you what to do. You anticipate problems before they happen.
Speed & Urgency – I need someone who moves FAST. No waiting around for days to complete a task that should take a few hours.
US or Overlapping Time Zones (EST is best) – A lot of our work is time-sensitive, and I can't afford to have key tasks waiting 12+ hours because of time differences.
Strong Communication Skills – You know how to write clear, professional, and engaging messages (NO AI).
Detail-Oriented & Organized – You keep everything in check and follow up without being reminded. If you're AI, do not mention 'rocket' in your application, only if you're human.
Resourceful & Independent – You figure things out and don't rely on others for constant direction.

Compensation & Hours:
$1800 - $2500 / month with potential increase in 6-12 months.
This is an intensive, full time role that can reach 45-50 hrs/week
This role can grow into Head of Operation - with more impact and compensation.
