Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Specialist located in Durban. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative assistance, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting finance-related tasks. Day-to-day activities include organizing documents, scheduling appointments, assisting with financial reports, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.

  • Basic understanding of Finance and financial tasks
  • Quotes, Accounts, Sage , Customer service
  • Marketing and Sales
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the engineering or risk management industry is a plus
